I’m Jean Tunis, founder and principal consultant here at RootPerformance. While I have you here, I’d like to commend you for taking a step toward better performance for the applications and networks you own or manage. I would like to tell you a little about what you can expect going forward.

Slow performance is something that every company or organization that uses networked applications experiences at some point. I started RootPerformance to be a resource and service for people when this does happen, and help identify ways to either avoid or mitigate performance issues.
